摘要
在收集国内外源物质对灵芝液体发酵的影响文献基础上,综述外源物质(中药材、稀土元素、茉莉酸、木质素、油酸、真菌激发因子和金属元素)对灵芝液体发酵的影响,旨在为进一步开展灵芝液体发酵相关研究提供参考。
On the basis of collecting literature on the effect of allogenic meterial on the liquid fermentation of lucid ganoderma, this paper summarizes the effect of allogenic material（Chinese medicinal materials, rare earth elements, jasmonic acid, lignin, oleic acid,fungal activating factors and metal elements） on the liquid fermentation of lucid ganoderma, in order to provide references for further studies on the liquid fermentation of lucid ganoderma.
