摘要
为合理控制实际生产中大型锻件内部缺陷的变化过程 ,使其各项性能满足检验标准 ,采用物理模拟技术研究了饼、块类锻件较为严重的夹杂性缺陷在塑性成形中的变化规律 ,系统分析了其形成过程及影响要素 ,据此论述了有效控制夹杂性缺陷的锻造方法 ,并将其初步用于实际生产 ,改善了产品内在质量 ,取得了满意效果。研究表明 :造成探伤超标的塑性夹杂性裂纹伴生于孔隙性缺陷闭合的大变形过程中 。
To determine the conditions for qualified heavy forging the forming processes for inner faults were analyzed. The laws governing crack condition originating from inclusions during deformation were studied using physical modeling. The processes and factors affecting crack formation were analyzed and various forging control processes were discussed and utilized in production. The developed method resulted in improved interior quality. The analysis shows that the cracks originating from inclusions began during large deformations, which occurred as the holes were closed. The results proved important direction in the development of quality products using forging control.
