摘要
在考虑热力耦合的基础上,采用刚塑性有限元法,分析了高强螺栓多工序锻造成形的温度场和应力场分布规律。本项研究对高强螺栓实际生产过程的工艺参数优化有重要意义。
Based on the thermo-mechanical couple, the distribution rules of temperature field and stress field of the multistep forging forming for high strength bolt are analyzed by using rigid-plastic finite element method. This research has an important significance for technical parameter optimization of high strength bolt inactual production process.
