摘要
基于传热学和有限元理论,分析了金属塑性成形中的热传导问题的解法,通过对耦合迭代法和准静态耦合技术的比较研究和实例验证,指出后者更适于塑性成形过程中变形与传热的耦合分析。
Heat transfer problems and their solution in metal forming are analysed on the basis of the heat-conducting theory and FEM. It is pointed out that the quasi-static coupled technique is more suitable for deformation and heat transfer coapled analysis in metal foring processes, comparaed with the coapled iteration method, and this is verified by an example.
