摘要
针对直径大、厚度较薄的大型管板锻件,研究分析了其变形机理及过程。通过合理选择工艺参数,改进锻造工艺,提出了新的操作和测量方法,完成了起直径5 825 mm特大型管板锻件的生产试制,验证了新的锻造工艺设计的合理性。
The deformation mechanism and process of large-diametered thin tube sheets are analysed.By selecting reasonable technical parameters and improving forging process,new operation and measure methods are proposed.They are applied to the trial-manufacture of forging of φ5 825mm super large tube sheet,which verifies the reasonableness of the new forging process.
