摘要
通过实地考察收集相关信息,利用逻辑模型分析方法,对海外发电运营项目绩效影响因素进行了理论研究,指出领导班子的管理能力、员工执行力、员工素质等内部因素以及所在国文化冲击、外部风险水平等外部因素是影响海外发电运营项目绩效的关键因素;并通过案例分析,对影响海外发电运营项目绩效的关键因素进行了实证检验;并从海外发电运营项目绩效的关键影响因素出发,对海外发电运营项目管理提出了相关对策建议。
By collecting related information at project sites, utilizing the logic model analysis, this paper makes a theo- retic study on influencing factors of overseas power operation project performance, pointing out that the internal factors such as capability of the management team, execution ability and qualities of employees and external factors like cultural impact of host countries, external risk levels, etc. are the key factors which affect the performance of overseas power op- eration project. Moreover, through analyzing cases, and using real examples, empirical verification is made on the key factors that influence overseas power operation project performance. At last, starting with the key factors, related coun- termeasure suggestions on management of overseas power operation project are proposed.
