摘要
促进实验室可持续发展一直是高等学校面临的重要研究课题。结合力学实验教学示范中心建设中的实践和经验,探讨了转变实验室建设理念、优化实验教师队伍结构和强化实验室创新能力等方面与实验室可持续发展的关系,分析了促进实验室可持续发展的基本前提条件,提出了打造实验室开放和学生自主考核两大平台是促进实验室可持续发展的重要举措。为高校实验室进行内涵式发展提供参考。
It has been an important research topic for colleges and universities to promote the sustainable development of laboratories. In this paper, based on the practice and experience in the construction of the Mechanics Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center in Harbin Engineering University, the relationship between the transformation of the concept of laboratory construction, the optimization of the structure of experimental teachers, and strengthening laboratory innovation capability were explored. The essential prerequisite for the promotion of the sustainable development of laboratories was analyzed. It is proposed that the construction of a laboratory-open platform and a student self-assessment platform is an important measure for the promotion of the sustainable development of laboratories. This paper provided reference for the connotative development of university laboratories.
