摘要
创新是一个民族的灵魂,创新国家需要创新人才,高校作为培养创新人才的主要场所,承担着提高学生综合素质的重任。高校实验室是提高学生实践能力和创新能力的重要基地,对提高学生的综合素质至关重要。随着我国经济的发展,国家对教育的投入越来越多,实验室的硬件条件也得到了极大的改善,能够满足创新人才培养的需要,然而实验室的管理水平却没有相应的提高,这在一定程度上阻碍了实验室创新人才培养作用的发挥。通过分析我国实验室管理方面的不足,找出提高实验室管理水平的方法,希望对促进创新人才的培养有所帮助。
Innovation is the soul of a nation, innovative country needs creative talents. As the main place of cultivating innovative talents, colleges and universities bear the important task to improve students＇ comprehensive quality. Laboratory of colleges and universities is the important base to improve students＇ practical and innovative ability, it＇s also crucial to the improvement of students＇ comprehensive quality. With the development of economy, our country invests more and more to education, the hardware condition of laboratory has been greatly improved, which could meet the needs of innovative talent training. However management of laboratory is still low, which to some extent hinders its role in training innovation personnel.By analyzing the problem of laboratory management in our country, this paper puts forward measures to improve the level of laboratory management, hoping to be helpful to promote the cultivation of innovative talents.
