摘要
针对某型成形铣齿机床的结构特点,运用有限元设计方法,建立了立柱的三维有限元模型,并利用ABAQUS软件进行静力分析,提出四种不同筋板布局的立柱结构和原立柱进行对比,发现新井字筋立柱的质量刚度比最优,原井字筋立柱次之,而交叉筋立柱的质量刚度比最差。通过参数灵敏度分析,对新井字筋立柱结构和原井字筋分别进行尺寸优化,其中未优化前的新井字筋立柱比原井字筋立柱减重1.1%,最大变形量减小了7.5%,一阶固有频率上升10.8%;经过优化后的新井字筋立柱比原立柱减重18%,最大变形量增加了3.98%,一阶固有频率上升11.28%。
According to structure characteristics for a certain type of forming milling gear machine,a pillar of three dimension finite element model was designed by using the finite element method,and then four different kinds of column structure were put forward to be compared with the original column structure by using ABAQUS software static analysis.In the end,the quality stiffness ratio of the new Wells word column structure was found to be the optimal,the original well word column structure took the second place,and the one of the column structure with cross stiffened plate was the worst.The new Wells word column structure and the original Wells word column structure was taken size optimization respectively by using sensitivity analysis.Compared with the original well word column structure,the weight of the new Wells word column structure without optimization is lighted by 1.1%,and the biggest deformation reduced by 7.5%,and the first natural frequency increased by 10.8%.Compared with the original well word column structure,the weight of the new Wells word column structure with optimization is lighted by 18%,and the biggest deformation increased by 3.98%,with the first natural frequency increased by 11.28%.
