摘要
以CA6150车床床身的结构分析为例,首先对床身受力情况进行分析并运用ANSYS软件进行结构静刚度和模态分析,在此基础上运用元结构对床身的筋板结构进行优化。在床身基本尺寸不变的前提下,以床身结构固有频率为优化目标,提出该床身结构若干改进方案,并通过对各种方案分析比较确定结构最优方案。
With machine tool bed of CA6150 as an example, the structural optimization was studied. Using unit structure as object, the dimension of rip plane was optimized. On the based of it, several projects were proposed depending on natural frequency as optimization object and the most optimizes structure was chose.
