摘要
立柱是汽车转向器试验设备中常用的部件,其静态与动态性能对设备的精度有非常大的影响。为保证设备的静态特性及试验时的精度,通过Solid Works三维软件建立3种立柱的三维模型,并导入ANSYS Workbench软件获得有限元的分析模型;根据立柱的实际运行工况,对其进行有限元分析,获得静力学分析结果与模态分析结果;并且对3种不同的立柱结构进行对比分析,为确认其使用工况提供了理论依据。
Column is commonly used in automobile steering gear test equipment. Its static performance and dynamic performance have great influence on the equipment accuracy. In order to ensure the static characteristics of the equipment and the test accuracy,the three-dimensional models of three kinds of column were established by using Solid Works three-dimensional software,and the finite element analysis models were obtained by introducing the ANSYS Workbench software. The finite element analyses were carried out according to the actual operating conditions of the column,and its statics analysis results and modal analysis results were obtained. As a result,three different column structures were compared and analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for confirming their working conditions.
