摘要
基于动力电池组的特点,介绍了一种用于纯电动汽车的分布式电池管理系统。系统包括基于16位Freescale单片机的主控制模块和基于51单片机的电压温度采集模块、均衡模块、高压部分的绝缘检测模块、电流采集模块等;系统采用双CAN总线通讯结构,实现了内部采集和外部通讯的隔离;通过移植μCOS-II嵌入式操作系统,满足了多任务的时间要求,提高了程序可靠性和可维护性。
Based on the characteristics of the battery power,a kind of distributed battery management system used for pure electric vehicle was introduced.The system included master control module based on 16 bits Freescale microcontroller and voltage temperature acquisition module based on 51 SCM,the equilibrium module,insulation inspection module,current acquisition module,etc..The system adopted double CAN bus communication structure to achieve the internal and external communication isolation;through the transplant μ COS-Ⅱ embedded operating system,the time requirements for multitasking were met,and the reliability and maintainability of the program was improved.
