摘要
通过对影响粮食储存品质的因素分析,建立基于CAN总线的多功能大型粮仓远程监测系统,详细描述系统的总体结构原理、硬件电路组成和软件设计。该系统能够对粮仓内外温度、湿度、图像、CO2等信息实现动态监控和远程数据查询,同时能够及时发现影响粮食储存品质的不利因素并发出预警信息,以保证粮食储存安全,从而改善粮食仓储系统的监控自动化水平。
The influencing factors on the quality of the grain character is analysed. A multi - function and remote monitoring system is designed for large granary based on CAN bus. It describes the total construction principle of the system, hardware electric circuit and software design. The system can achieve dynamic monitoring and remote data query for temperature, humidity, CO2 in inside and outside the granary,and send timely out warning information when adverse factors occurred in the grain storage period to ensure grain safety. So it improves automatic monitor in the grain storage period.
