应用DSP、CPLD和CAN总线等先进技术研究了一种分布式的电池管理模块,具有安全管理、能量管理和信息管理等主要的电池管理功能。详细介绍了使用这种模块的电池包的分布式结构特点,电池管理模块的CAN总线接口,硬件和软件功能设计,以及这种模块在天津公交600路电动客车上的使用情况。模块的体积小、可靠性高,可灵活布置在电池包内,模块的集成度高、功能强大,结构简单,易于组装和生产,具有很好的市场前景。
A kind of distributed battery management module is researched based on DSP, CPLD and CAN bus in the paper, The module has main battery management functions including safety management, energy management and information management. The CAN bus interface circuit, software functions and hardware functions are researched for the module. The distributed characteristics of battery packs and application to 600^th electric bus in Tianjin are introduced in detail. The module can be conveniently built into battery packs profited for the mini-figure and high reliability. The module has advantages of high integration, strong functions and simple structure, can be easily assembled and manufactured. Its market future is expectable.
