摘要 癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子1(CEACAM1)在肿瘤的发生、发展及转移中发挥着重要的作用,而且其表达具有组织特异性,在不同的肿瘤中表达模式不同,发挥着不同的作用。本文作者就CEACAM1蛋白结构及其生物学功能,表达模式及其机制,CEACAM1与肿瘤生长、浸润、血管及淋巴管生成中作用的研究现状进行综述。
