摘要
课程资源开发与利用是高职院校课程改革面临的一个核心问题。针对高职院校管理类专业课程资源开发和利用过程中存在的问题进行分析研究,探索切实可行的方法:构造科学的课程资源开发与利用程序;建立课程资源遴选机制;建立教师培训机制和激励制度;构建课程资源的区域性协同开发机制。这些措施方法对高职教育大有裨益。
Development and utilization of curriculum resource is the core problem faced by the curriculum reform of higher vocational colleges.According to the existing problems in the process of development and utilization of curriculum resources in higher vocational management major,this paper analyzes,studies,and explores feasible methods.It needs to construct scientific program for the development and utilization of curriculum resource,and set up choosing mechanism of curriculum resource.It also needs to establish teachers＇ training mechanism and stimulating system,and construct the mechanism of regional cooperating development of curriculum resource.These measures are beneficial for higher vocational education.
