摘要 从校本课程的理念与内涵、高职院校定位与校本课程开发的关系两个方面指出,校本课程是一种新的课程形态,其开发代表着一种全新的课程理念,高职院校进行校本课程开发,可以张扬学生个性、提高学生就业竞争力,构建学校特色、弥补分科课程不足,促进教师专业发展。高职教育校本课程开发应遵循独特性原则、综合实践性原则和先进性原则。在实施校本课程开发时要采取“典型示范,逐步推广”的渐进式推广策略,循序渐进;同时,校本课程具有很强的时效性和变化性,一般不固化成带共性的稳定的教材;校本课程开发要付出很大的工作量,因此要建立长效的校本课程开发激励机制。 This article puts forward that the school-based curriculum is a new course form,whose development stands for a new course concept. Vocational colleges implement the school-based curriculum development can publicize students' characteristic, improve the competition of their employment, construct the school' s feature, make up the in sufficient of depart courses and promote their teachers' specialty. The school-based curriculum development in vocational colleges should follow the rules of uniqueness, synthesized practice and advancement. It also should be adopted "Demonstrate Typically,Spread Progressively" of the progressive spreading strategy during its implementation. At the same time, it has strong timeliness and variation, so it doesnot consolidate to be stable text-book with generality. We should establish the long-standing school-based curriculum of the inspiring mechanism since it entails too much work.
