摘要 从酒类产品出口监管的角度,对日常使用的检测白酒中安全卫生指标所用色谱、光谱及质谱仪器进行了概述。同时,结合实验室长期以来积累的监管数据及科研数据,对相应仪器在白酒安全卫生各项指标中的应用进行了详细阐述。最后,介绍了白酒检测所使用的主要色谱、光谱及质谱仪器,国际上在食品检测领域特别是在酒类检测领域中的应用情况。 Deal with chromatography, spectroscopy and mass spectrometry instrument which were used in the detection of the safety and health of liquor for everyday use from controlling over liquor export. At the same time, it elaborated the application of instrumental in the detection of the safety and health of liquor by combining with data in the management and research for a long time past. Finally, it introduced chromatography, spectroscopy and mass spectrometry instrument in the detection of the safety and health of liquor, and the application of which in food (especially alcoholic liquor) around the world.
