摘要
研究在SolidWorks环境下,利用扫描切除和包覆特征实现圆柱凸轮三维建模的可行性以及方法和步骤。特别是对于从动件运动规律复杂、加速度大的高转速圆柱凸轮机构的设计和建模,提供一种简便的建模方法,为后续的CAE/CAM奠定良好的基础。
Under the SolidWorkes environment, by the scanning excision and coating features, the feasibility, the modeling method and the modeling procedure of the 3D cylindrical cam are discussed. A simple modeling method is provided for the cylindrical cam, especially for the cylindrical cam with the complex motion, the high acceleration and the high rotating speed, and this provides a basis for the future works like CAE/CAM.
