急性颅脑损伤患者血清炎性因子、神经丝蛋白H磷酸化亚型及神经元特异性烯醇化酶的表达 被引量:6

Expression of serum IL-6,TNF-α,ICAM-1 ,pNF-H and NSE in patients with acute brain injury

摘要 目的探讨急性颅脑损伤患者白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF—α)、细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)与神经丝蛋白H磷酸化亚型(pNF—H)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的变化和意义。方法选择急性颅脑损伤患者100例作为观察组,按损伤程度分组(轻、中、重型组),检测血清IL-6、TNF-α、ICAM-1与pNF—H、NSE水平,并与30例健康对照组比较。结果患者IL-6、TNF—α、ICAM-1与pNF—H、NSE水平均高于健康对照组(均P〈0.05);轻、中、重型颅脑损伤患者上述指标水平差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);IL-6、TNF—α、ICAM-1与pNF-H、NSE水平均呈正相关(均P〈0.05)。结论IL-6、TNF-α、ICAM-1与pNF—H、NSE在急性颅脑损伤的病理过程中起到重要作用,其水平与病情严重程度密切相关。 Objective To explore the expression and significance of serum IL-6, TNF-α, ICAM-1, pNF-H and NSE in patients with acute brain injury. Methods 100 patients with acute brain injury were selected and divided into different groups ( mild injury, moderate injury, severe injury). The serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, ICAM-1, pNF-H and NSE were detected. 30 healthy persons were selected as healthy control group. Results The serum IL-6,TNF-α, ICAM-1, pNF-H and NSE levels in the patients were higher than those in the healthy control groups (all P 〈 0. 05 ). The serum levels of them were increased steply with the order of severity( all P 〈 0.05 ). IL-6 ,TNF-α, ICAM-1 were positive correlated with pNF-H and NSE ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, ICAM-1, pNF-H and NSE were correlated with degree of injury severity. The measurement of them may contribute to predict the severity of brain injury.
