摘要
目的:建立同时测定七叶灵颗粒中特女贞苷与柚皮苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-4%冰醋酸(17∶83,V/V),检测波长为224nm,流速为1mL·min-1,柱温为30℃。结果:特女贞苷与柚皮苷的进样量分别在0.04~1.00、0.08~2.00μg范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r均为0.9999);平均加样回收率分别为101.17%和100.32%,RSD分别为2.10%和2.17%(n均为6)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于七叶灵颗粒中特女贞苷与柚皮苷的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the content determination of specnuezhenide and naringin in Qiyelin granules.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-4%acetic acid(17:83,V/V)at flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 224 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS:The linear range was 0.04~1.00 μg for specnuezhenide(r=0.999 9) and 0.08~2.00 μg for naringin(r=0.999 9) with average recovery of 101.17%(RSD=2.10%,n=7) and 100.32%(RSD=2.17%,n=6),respectively.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the content determination of specnuezhenide and naringin in Qiyelin granules.
