摘要 LibQUAL+是一套由ARL提供的网络调查系统,它收集、跟踪、了解用户意见,帮助图书馆改善服务质量。LibQUAL+经过10年的发展,目前已得到业内广泛支持和各国积极参与,成为最具国际影响力的图书馆评估工具之一。 LibQUAL+ is a suite of services that libraries use to solicit,track,understand,and act upon users' opinions of service quality.LibQUAL+ has expanded internationally for over a decade.It matured quickly into a standard assessment tool.
