摘要
绩效是衡量高校图书馆事业发展的尺度,是图书馆事业建设的永恒主题,而绩效考评是人力资源管理的核心措施,是使高校图书馆竞争胜负优劣的关键。文章阐述高校图书馆绩效考评的内涵、发展历程,实施有效的绩效考评应该做到三个统一。
Performance is an important measure of academic library development. It is an eternal theme of the library business, for performance assessment is the core of human resource management and the key for academic libraries to finding a competitive edge in library business. This paper discusses the connotation and development course of academic library performance assessment, and points out that ＂three unifying＂ should he done in the implementation of effective performance assessment.
