摘要
我国政府已经提出了从"排他性增长"到"包容性增长"的经济发展方式转变的目标。这不仅给弱势群体带来了一大福音,同时也赋予了成人教育更特殊的使命——实施"全纳化"教育,这是实现包容性经济增长的现实基础。成人教育应该转变价值取向,坚持"关注弱势、促进公平"的全纳化、包容性发展理念,加强全纳成人教育政策与立法措施,构建交互式、立体性的全纳成人教育服务体系,创建开放化、市场化的全纳成人教育办学体制,实施多元化的成人教育发展模式,构筑良好的成人全纳学习环境,在实现包容性经济增长,促进社会更加公平公正的过程中发挥更大的作用。
The Chinese government has proposed a goal of the transformation of economic development way from ＂ exclusive growth＂ to ＂inclusive growth＂. This not only brings a big gospel to the vulnerable groups, but also gives the adult education a more special mission： carrying out the inclusive education, which is the basis for achieving inclusive economic growth. Adult education should change the value orientation and adhere to the inclusive development concept of ＂pay attention to the vulnerable groups, promote equity＂. In addition, to strengthen the inclusive adult education policies and legislation measures, to construct a interactive, solid in- clusive adult education service system, to set up a open, market -oriented inclusive adult education institution, to implement the diversified development mode of adult education, to create a good inclusive adult learning environment, all of these will play a greater role in the process of the implementation of inclusive economic growth and the promotion of a more fair and balanced society.
