摘要
我国成人教育经过半个世纪的发展,尽管在波折和动荡中取得卓越成就,但是存在着"重管理轻服务"、"重教育轻育人"、"重文凭轻文化"、"重学校轻教师"等问题,这归咎于成人教育理念、手段和价值与当今社会经济发展、文化形态和价值观念不契合,远离成人教育的宗旨与本真。因此,在社会转型期需要不断反思成人教育,通过关注成人发展需要、注重成人个性化教育、加强成人教育师资队伍建设和发挥专业组织的引导作用等策略,推进成人教育健康发展。
Adult education in China has obtained remarkable achievements after fifty years of development although it encountered all kinds of difficulties.But there are some prombles in adult aducation,for example,"attacheing importance to management,despising service","attacheing importance to teaching,despising education","attacheing importance to diploma,despising culture","attacheing importance school,despising teachers"and some others,which because educational concept,methods and educational values are in lack of correspondence with the current economic situation,cultural formation and values and depart from the real purpose and nature of adult education.Therefore,we need to constantly reflect on adult education by somg strategies,for example,paying attention to the development of adult,concentrating on adult personalized education,strengthening the construction of adult education teachers and playing the guiding role of professional organizations and some others to promote the healthy development of adult education in the period of social transformation.
