摘要
针对电气化铁路集中接入地区电能质量监测系统的具体要求,以提高兼容性和运行管理水平为主要目的,结合江西电网电能质量监测系统的工程建设,提出采用基于主站、分站和子站三层网络的主体架构提升系统的可扩展性;采用IEC61850标准进行电能质量监测数据建模并根据实际需要进行了扩展,提升系统的兼容性;采用模糊综合法实现监测点电能质量的综合评估,应用二元线性回归法通过贡献率指标实施谐波源辨识,通过电压跌落时刻量测点的电压、电流及及其夹角的计算进行跌落源判断,提升监测系统的整体应用水平;通过在系统软件中集成数据和通信状态监测平台,提升系统的运行维护水平;结合监测数据,总结了电铁接入对江西电网电能质量影响的基本结论。整体研发思路与成果可为类似监测系统的建设提供借鉴。
In order to meet the requirement of the power quality monitoring system in the electric railway centralized access area, some methods based on Jiangxi power quality monitoring system are presented for improving the compatibility and management level. The system uses three layers frame which is based on monitoring master station, substation and remote station. By creating and expanding the power quality data model based on IEC61850, the compatibility of the system is improved. The fuzzy comprehensive method is used for the power quality evaluation of monitoring point. With contribution rate, the harmonic source identification is realized by binary linear regression algorithm. The voltage sag source identification method is proposed by calculating the voltage, current and the angle between them during the voltage dropping moment. All of above ways upgrade the application level of the monitoring system effectively. By integrating the function of data and communication monitoring in the software, the system maintenance level is strengthened too. By the analysis of monitoring data, the impact of electric railway in Jiangxi power grid is given. The ideas and conclusions of the research can provide reference for the construction of similar monitoring system.
