摘要
正确估计各个电网和用户在公共连接点(PCC)产生的谐波水平,是监测与治理谐波污染的关键。现有的奖惩性方案没有对系统与用户所产生的谐波进行识别;忽略了由于系统阻抗的变化而引起的用户谐波注入的变化。通过把公共连接点处谐波电压、谐波电流分解为由供电系统单独产生谐波和由用户单独产生的谐波2部分,成功地解决了以上2个问题。当谐波源或谐波阻抗的变化引起系统振荡时,该方法将有助于用户与系统双方责任的划分。最后,通过一具体算例证实了该算法简单有效。
Proper determining the harmonic contributions of power system and customers at PCC (Point of Common Coupling) is pivotal for the supervision and management of harmonic pollution. Available incentive schemes do not identify the harmonic produced by power system or customer, and ignore the harmonic injection change from customer caused by system impedance change. An improved method is proposed PCC into two parts:harmonic quantifies the responsibilities of which decomposes the harmonic voltage and harmonic current at caused by power system and harmonic caused by customer. It customer and system for limit violations caused by either harmonic source change or harmonic impedance change. A simple example is demonstrated to verify its correctness and feasibility.
