血热证银屑病患者Th17细胞与相关转导因子的表达 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨Th17细胞与相关转导因子在血热证银屑病中的表达及意义。方法采用ELISA法检测血热证银屑病患者及正常对照组血清IL-17,IL-23,IL-6水平;收集血热证银屑病患者皮损及正常皮肤作为对照,选用免疫组化法检测STAT3,p38表达;通过实时荧光定量PCR法检测STAT3mRNA,p38mRNA的表达。结果血热证银屑病血清IL-17,IL-23,IL-6水平表达明显高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01);同时银屑病患者皮损STAT3,p38阳性率和STAT3mRNA的表达高于正常组,p38mRNA的表达与正常组无统计学意义。结论 Th17细胞在血热证银屑病患者血清与相关转导因子在皮损中表达上调,STAT3,p38可能参与诱导Th17细胞产生,这可能是血热证银屑病辨证论治的科学依据之一。 Objective To investigate the expression of Thl7 cells and transduction factor expression in psoriasis of blood - heat type and its significance. Methods ELISA serum levels of IL- 17, IL- 23 and IL- 6 immunohistoehemical was adopted to deter- mine STAT3 ,p38. and Real - time PCR was used to assay STAT3mRNA,p38mRNA. Results Serum levels of IL - 17,IL - 23,IL -6 STAT3 ,p38 -positive rate and protein content and STAT3mRNA were higher in blood heattype of patients with psoriasis than those in normal group( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the normal group, there was no statistical significance ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Thl7 ceils in serum and related transduction factors upregnlated in skin lesions. STAT3, p38 may be involved in the induction of Thl7 cells. This may be one of the scientific basis of the blood - heat type psoriasis diagnosis and treatment .
