摘要
目的探讨血清部分细胞因子及可溶性粘附分子在尖锐湿疣发病机制中的影响。方法采用ELISA法检测了68例尖锐湿疣患者血清中干扰素γ(INF-γ)、肿瘤坏因子α(TNF-α)可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)和可溶性E-选择素(sE-selectin)水平。结果患者血清INF-γ明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),TNF-α、sE-selectin明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论尖锐湿疣患者体内存在血清细胞因子和粘附分子水平表达的异常,可能与本病的复发有一定关系。
Objective To study serum levels of TNF - α, INF - γ and adhesion molecules of patients with CA. Methods The serum levels of INF- γ, TNF - α, sICAM - 1, sE - seleetin of patients with CA were measured with ELISA in 68 cases. Results Serum levels of INF - γ were significantly lower in patients than in healthy control （ P 〈 0.01 ） .The levels of TNF - α,sE - selectin were significantly higher in patients than in controls（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion There are immunity deficiency and abnormity of adhesion molecules in patients with CA, and these changes may be related to the recurrence of CA.
