摘要
目的研究亳州丹皮水提物对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支30 min,再灌注60 min的方法复制大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型。测定大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、一氧化氮(NO)的含量。2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)染色测定心肌梗死面积,TUNEL法测定心肌细胞的凋亡。结果亳州丹皮水提物组与模型组相比,能明显降低缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血清中MDA、CK、LDH的含量,提高SOD、GSH、NO的含量;减小梗死面积,降低心肌细胞凋亡率。结论亳州丹皮水提物对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effects of Bozhou Cortex Moutan water extracts on myocardial ischemia reper- fusion injury rat. Methods The myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury model was established by a 30rain occlusion of ananterolat- eral branch of the coronary artery, followed by a 60min reperfnsion. The serum levels of SOD, MDA, CK, LDH, GSH, NO were determined to evaluate the effect of Bozhou Cortex Moutan water extracts on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rat. The in- farction area was determined by TTC. The myocardial cell apoptosis was determined by TUNEL method. Results Compared with model group, Bozhou Cortex Moutan water extracts could significantly decrease levels of serum MDA, CK, LDH, improve the content of SOD, CSH ,rod NO, and effectively reduce the infarction area and myocardial cell apoptosis rate. Conclusion Bozhou Cortex Moutan water extracts exerts protective effects on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
