炮制前后亳州丹皮对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤血流动力学的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Pre- and Post- processed Bozhou Cortex Moutan on hemodynamics of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats

摘要 目的研究炮制前、后亳州丹皮水提物对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤血流动力学的影响。方法结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支30 min,再灌注60 min的方法复制大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型。将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、炮制前丹皮组、炮制后丹皮组。多时间点测定各组大鼠血流动力学指标的平均动脉压(MBP)、左心室收缩压(LVSP)、左心室舒张末期压(LVEDP)、左心室等容期压力最大上升速率(+dp/dt max)、左心室等容期压力最大降低速率(-dp/dt max)、心率(HR)及其心电图ST段的变化。结果与模型组相比,炮制前、后丹皮组大鼠的MBP、LVSP、±dp/dt max、HR均高于模型组,LVEDP均低于模型组,并能有效降低心电图ST段抬高的程度。结论炮制前、后的丹皮水提物对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的心电图有一定的改善作用,且能明显改善心功能,但炮制前、后丹皮之间差异无统计学意义,说明已炮制的丹皮虽然外观较好,但是药效并未见增强。 Objective To investigate the protective effects of pre - and post - processed Bozhou Cortex Moutan water extracts on hemodynamics of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods The myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury model was established by a 30min occlusion of anterior descending branch of the coronary artery, followed by a 60min reperfusion. The experi- mental rats were randomly divided into the sham group, the model control group, the positive control group, the raw Cortex Moutan - treated group and the processed Cortex Moutan - treated group. The change of hemodynamics was observed in different times such as MBP, LVSP, LVEDP, -+ dp/dtmax and HR. Results Compared with model group, Bozhou Cortex Moutan water extracts could significantly improve levels of MBP, LVSP, _+ dp/dt decrease the level of LVEDP, decrease the raised ST level of the e- lectrocardiogram , and effectively improve the electrocardiogram and myocardial protective effect. Conclusion Pre - and post - processed Cortex Moutan water extracts exert protective effects on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury without significant differ- ence. The post - processed Cortex Moutan exhibit more promising appearance, however does not enhance the efficacy.
