理气活血滴丸对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠心肌组织形态学和抗氧化性的影响 被引量:8

Influence of Liqihuoxue Dropping pills of Myocardial Morphology and Antioxidation in Rats with Myocardial Ischemia-reperfusion Injury

摘要 目的:研究理气活血滴丸对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠心肌组织的保护作用。方法:SD大鼠随机分为假手术组,心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型组,阳性对照组和理气活血滴丸低、中、高剂量组,阳性对照组大鼠给予辛伐他汀,假手术组和模型组大鼠灌胃等量的生理盐水。灌胃给药10d后,采用结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支的方法复制心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型。记录大鼠心电图ST段变化,TTC染色法检测心肌梗死范围,生化检测心肌组织SOD、CAT活性及MDA含量。结果:理气活血滴丸能降低心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠心电图ST段的抬高,缩小心肌梗死范围,升高心肌组织SOD、CAT活性,降低MDA含量,且呈剂量依赖性。结论:理气活血滴丸对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的心肌组织具有保护作用。 Objective To observe the protective effect of Liqihuoxue Dropping pills on myocardial ischemia - reperfusion injury (MIRI) in rats. Methods SD rats randomized into the sham group, the MIRI model group, the positive control group and the Liqi- huoxue Dropping pills low, medium and high dose groups. Rats in the positive control group were given Simvastatin, rats in sham oper- ation group and model group were given the same amount of saline. Rats were administrated for ten days, and the rats were molded MI- RI by closing the left anterior descending coronary artery after the last administration. ST segment changes of rats were recorded. The myocardial infarction range was detected by TFC staining. SOD, CAT activity and MDA content in cardiac tissue were determined by biochemistry method. Results Results showed that the Liqihuoxae Dropping pills could decrease the elevation of ST segment of electro- cardiogram in rats with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury, reduced myocardial infarct size, elevated SOD and CAT activity and de- creased MDA content in cardiac tissue, which showed dose - dependent manner. Conclusion It has a protective effect of Liqi Huoxue Dripping pills on myocardial tissue in rats with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
