摘要
针对特大采高液压支架立柱支撑系统在工作过程中容易出现故障的现象,以ZY16800/32/70D型液压支架为研究对象,利用FMECA(Potential Failure Mode,Effects and Criticality Analysis,故障模式影响和危害性分析)可靠性理论对其进行分析。首先建立了该系统故障模式库,然后对所建立的立柱支撑系统故障模式模型进行定性和定量分析,找出了对立柱支撑系统正常工作影响较大的几类故障模式,该分析对于特大采高液压支架的研发和进一步优化有着重要的意义。
Aiming at faults of the columned supporting system in oversize mining height hydraulic support occurred during operation, ZY16800/32/70D hydraulic support was taken as the study object, and FMECA(Potential Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality An. alysis) theory was applied to carry out analysis. First, the fault mode library of the columned supporting system was established, and then the models of the established fault modes were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. At last, several fault modes affecting normal operation of the columned supporting system greatly were identified. The analysis was of significance for the development and further optimization of the oversize hydraulic support.
