摘要
为了克服传统FMECA技术在进行故障模式风险评价时存在的不足,提出了利用模糊理论的模糊多属性决策理论进行故障模式风险评价的方法。该方法利用TOPSIS法进行危害性分析,利用AHP法确定各风险因子的权重,使评价结果更加贴合工程实际。最后利用实例计算证明了方法的科学性和合理性。
In order to overcome the shortages of criticality assessment,which exists in traditional FMECA technology,it puts forward the method of FMECA based on the FMADM theory.This method uses TOPSIS to analyze the criticality,applies AHP method to determine the weights of each risk factor.These make the conclusion more close to engineering practice.At last it shows an example to prove the method scientific and reasonable.
