摘要
为提高潜孔钻机的可靠性,利用FMECA分析方法并结合Isograph软件对潜孔钻机进行FMECA分析。通过对潜孔钻机FMECA分析,确定了潜孔钻机危害性最高的组成结构,提出了预防维护的措施,为提高潜孔钻机的可靠性提供了依据。
In order to improve the reliability of down-the-hole drill,using FMECA analysis and Isograph software make FMECA analysis of down-the-hole drill.Through the FMECA analysis of downthe-hole drill,has determined organization of the highest hazard of down-the-hole drill,proposed the preventive maintenance measures,and provided the basis for improving the reliability of down the hole drill.
