摘要
壳体作为发射装置系统中的重要件,不仅其内部安装组成发射装置的零部件,而且还需设计上、下机械接口以满足与飞机和导弹的挂装要求,因此要选取合适的材料并进行强度的校核以保证导弹的可靠挂飞。同时壳体的制造工艺复杂,工序繁琐、加工耗时、不合格率高,需要采用成熟工艺及测量方法以保证产品的合格率,提高经济效益。介绍了壳体的结构形式设计、材料选择、强度校核、加工工艺及测量方法,为后续的产品设计与制造提供参考。
The shell as an important part of launcher system, not only its internal parts installed in the launcher, but also the de- sign of upwards and downwards mechanism interface are needed so as to meet requirements for hinging missiles with airplane. Therefore the suitable material of shell was selected and intension calculated in order to ensure reliable flying and hanging with missiles. At the same time, because of the complex manufacturing process, numerous trivial working procedures, time consuming in machining and high disqualification rate, using of mature process and measuring method were needed so as to ensure qualification rate for products and im- prove economic benefit. The design of structure form for shell, selection of materials, intension calculation and machining process were presented, and measuring methods of shell were analyzed. References are provided for the design and manufacturing of similar products in future.
