摘要
对某导弹挂架在随机载荷作用下进行有限元动态仿真分析,基于随机谱分析基础,利用基于高斯分布和Miner线性累计损伤定律的三区间法对某导弹挂架进行了随机振动疲劳环境分析。分析得到:导弹挂架结构在飞机给定随机激励下的应力响应特征以及导弹挂架结构疲劳危险区域为耳片;根据材料疲劳特性,计算得到挂架结构空载及加载情况下的振动疲劳寿命系数,由寿命系数可知结构满足其寿命要求。
Complete finite element analysis(FEA)is conducted on missile pylon under random loading.On the numerical results of the random vibration analysis,the random vibration fatigue analysis of missile pylon is obtained by means of the three interval method base on Gaussian distribution and Miner linear fatigue accumulation law.Through analysis,the stress response characteristics of the suspension structure under random excitation are obtained.The calculation results show that the dangerous area of missible pylon structure is the ear piece and missible pylon meets the requirement of vibration fatigue strength.
