摘要
为满足机械制造业高精度、高速度、高效率和高自动化等方面的需求,设计了泡沫铝-合金钢复合结构内圆磨杆,并用ANSYS软件将传统20MnVB内圆磨杆及泡沫铝-合金钢复合结构内圆磨杆的静态、模态和谐响应进行有限元分析,结果表明,泡沫铝-合金钢复合结构内圆磨杆静、动态性能优于20MnVB内圆磨杆的特点。该成果对超高速加工具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。
In order to satisfy the demand of high precision、speed、efficiency and automatization in mechanical manufacturing,Foamed aluminum-alloy steel internal grinder spindle was designed.The stat-ics、modes and responses of traditional 20MnVB internal grinder spindle and foamed aluminum-alloy steel internal grinder spindle are analyzed by ANSYS respectively.The result shows that the static and dynamic property of foamed aluminum-alloy steel internal grinder spindle is better than that one of 20MnVB inter-nal grinder spindle.The production has some reference value and guidance significance for exceeding high speed machining.
