摘要
设计了泡沫铝复合结构内圆磨杆并对其静、动态性能进行有限元分析,结果表明,泡沫铝/合金钢复合结构内圆磨杆静、动态性能优于20MnVB内圆磨杆的特点;由此可知:泡沫铝材料可用于制造某些类型的内圆磨杆,达到提高内圆磨杆的动态性能从而提高机床的加工质量、刀具和机床的使用寿命的目的。
Foamed aluminum composite construction internal grinder spindle was designed, static and dynamic property are analyzed by FEA. The result shows that static and dynamic property of foamed aluminum/alloy steel internal grinder spindle are better than that one of 20MnVB internal grinder spindle. From above results, come to the conclusion that foamed aluminum material can be used to make some kind of internal grinder spindle so as to increase dynamic property of internal grinder spindle and processing quality of machine tool, used life of cutting tool and machine tool.
