响应面优化紫椴枝皮黄酮提取工艺的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以乙醇作为提取剂,采用振荡提取法从紫椴枝皮中提取黄酮类化合物,研究了乙醇浓度、提取时间、水浴温度和料液比对黄酮得率的影响,并用响应面法进行优化。结果表明,乙醇浓度对黄酮得率影响最大,其次为料液比,而提取时间影响较小。紫椴枝皮中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度68%vol、提取时间153min、水浴温度60℃、料液比1∶40(g∶mL),在此条件下黄酮得率可达5.522%。 Flavonoids was extracted fi'om the bark of Tilia amurensis using ethanol as extraction solvent by oscillating method. The influences of ethanol concentration, extracting time, extracting temperature and ratio of material to liquid on extracting yield were studied. The results of response surface analysis showed that the order of influencing factor was ethanol concentration, the ratio of material to liquid, extracting temperature and extracting time. The optimum extracting conditions were as followed: ethanol concentration 68%, extracting time 153min, extracting temperature 60℃ and the ratio of material to liquid 1:40 (g:ml). Under these conditions, the extraction yield of flavonoids was 5.522%.
