耐盐性糯小麦淀粉树脂的合成与结构分析

摘要 以糯小麦淀粉为原料,丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸甲酯为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用接枝共聚法制备耐盐性高吸水性树脂。研究了在氮气保护的情况下,丙烯酸中和度、丙烯酰胺用量、丙烯酸甲酯用量、反应温度,引发剂用量和交联剂用量对高吸水性树脂吸盐水性能的影响。得到的较优工艺条件为:丙烯酸中和度/pH 5.8,丙烯酰胺14 g,丙烯酸甲酯1 mL,反应温度75℃,引发剂4%过硫酸铵溶液5 mL,交联剂2%N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺溶液0.5 mL。此条件下制备的高吸水性树脂吸盐水倍率达到62.1 g.g-1。 A salt -resistance superabsorbent resin was prepared from starch as the material, acrylic acid, acrylic amide and methyl acrylate as the graft copolymer by using the waxy wheat monomer, ammonium persulfate as the in- itiator, N, N′- methylene - bisacrylamide as cross - linking agent. In the protection of nitrogen, the influence of neu- tralization degree of acrylic acid, the usage of acrylic amide and methyl acrylate, reaction temperature, amount of initi- ator, amount of cross - linking agent on salt water absorbing performance was studied. The superior preparatory pro- cessing conditions of waxy wheat starch superabsorbent resin with salt - resistance obtained were neutralization degree of acrylic acid/pH 5.8, acrylic amide 14 g, methyl acrylate 1 mL, reaction temperature 75 ℃, initiator 4% ammonium persulfate solution 5 mL, cross - linking agent 2% N, N′- methylene - bisacrylamide solution 0.5 mL. The salt water absorbency of prepared superabsorbent resin reached 62.1 g· g^-1
