摘要
通过外加交联剂的反相悬浮法合成聚丙烯酸钠 (PNaAA)高吸水性树脂 ,分别对其分子结构、颗粒表面形态、凝胶形态以及热稳定性等进行了表征。在SEM下观察 ,较高吸水率的PNaAA树脂颗粒表面结构疏松 ,其脱水凝胶为多孔的网络状结构 ,且网孔大而深。对PNaAA树脂的TG热分析得知 :其热分解温度约为 4 6 6 8℃ ,比P(NaAA AM )
Superabsorbents poly(acrylic acid)were synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization.The molecular structure,particle surface morphology,hydorgel morphology and thermal stability of resin were characterized by FTIR,SEM and TG respectively.The FT-IR spectrum of PNaAA confirmed the existence of the -COONa and -COOH evidenced by the absorption peaks at 1568cm -1,1409cm -1 and 1707cm -1.Particles surface was loose and its dehydrated hydrogel was porous structure under SEM.Thermal decomposition temperature of PNaAA was 465℃ and higher than that of P(NaAA-AM)by TG.
