含水凝胶阻燃不饱和聚酯树脂的制备及其性能 被引量:3

Preparation and Characterization of Hydrogel-containing Flame-retardant Unsaturated Polyester Resin

摘要 制备了分散相体积分数均为33%的含水不饱和聚酯树脂(WCUP)和含水凝胶阻燃不饱和聚酯树脂(HCUP),并对其力学性能、阻燃性能、保水率、尺寸稳定性进行了对比研究。结果表明,HCUP的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、扯断伸长率、保水率远高于WCUP,其冲击强度较WCUP有所提高,HCUP的尺寸稳定性优于WCUP,而且表现出较好的阻燃性,其极限氧指数可达34。并采用扫描电镜研究了其微观分散状况,发现HCUP中的水凝胶相和不饱和聚酯相未发生明显相分离,具有良好的相容性。 Water-containing unsaturated polyester resin(WCUP) and hydrogel-containing flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin(HCUP) were prepared with 33% volume fraction of water-containing dispersed phase.The mechanical properties,flame-retardant property,water-retaining capacity,and dimensional stability of the products were studied.The results show that the tensile strength,flexural strength,ultimate elongation and water-retaining rate of HCUP increase remarkably compared with those of WCUP.HCUP has better impact strength,dimensional stability,and flame-retardant property.The Limited Oxygen Index(LOI) of HCUP reached 34.The dispersed phase in HCUP and WCUP was characterized by SEM.No obvious phase separation between hydrogel and unsaturated polyester resin was found.
