摘要
运用正交设计实验法,研究了以丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为原料,以过硫酸钾作引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂制备聚丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺高吸湿性树脂的方法和其工艺过程,得到了影响产品吸湿量的主次因素。通过单因素分析研究了AA与AM的质量配比、中和度、单体浓度对树脂吸湿倍率的影响。在100%RH、30℃下,该树脂吸湿倍率可达2.57g/g,可广泛应用于武器装备和民用产品的防潮包装中。
A poly(acrylic acid-acrylamide) resin was systhesized from acrylic acid(AA) and acrylamide(AM),with N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent,potassium persulfate as initiator by means of orthogonal experiment.The factors effecting the moisture absorption property of it have been got.The effects of weight ratio of AA and AM,neutralization degree of acrylic acid and monomer content to the moisture absorption capability have been studied by single factor analysis.The moisture content of the resin exceed 2.57g/g in 100% RH,30℃.So such moisture absorption resin can be abroad used in products packaging and corrosion prevention.
