中职教师积极心理品质现状调查研究 被引量:10

A Survey Study On Teachers' Current Status of Positive Mental Characters in Secondary Vocational Schools

摘要 教师的心理健康水平直接影响着学生的健康成长和发展,因此培养教师的积极心理品质至关重要。为了解当前我国中等职业学校教师的积极心理品质发展状况,本研究使用《中国教师积极心理品质量表》调查了258名中职教师,并将结果与全国普教教师数据进行对比,结果发现:(1)总体而言,中职教师积极心理品质的智慧、勇气、人际、公正、节制、超越等六大维度发展状况良好,得分最高的是超越维度,得分最低的是智慧维度;(2)在21项积极心理品质中,中职教师发展最好的三项品质为感恩、社交智力和诚实,发展最差的三项品质为领导能力、洞察力、兴趣和创造力;(3)在智慧、勇气和公正维度,存在显著的性别差异,表现为男教师得分均高于女教师得分;(4)仅在超越维度,存在显著的职称差异,表现为中级职称教师得分显著低于高级职称教师;(5)与全国普教教师比较而言,在智慧和人际维度二者存在显著差异,中职教师得分显著低于全国普教教师得分;具体而言,两类群体在10项积极心理品质上也存在差异。最后,提出了培养中职教师积极心理品质的有关建议。 Since teachers' mental health has a direct effect on their students' healthy growth and development, the cultivation of teachers' positive mental quality is of great significance. This study, by using the Scale for Chinese Teachers' Positive Mental Quality to survey 258 secondary vocational school teachers, aims to have an understanding of the current situation of China' s secondary vocational school teachers' positive mental quality, and make a comparison between the secondary vocational school teachers and general education teachers across the country. The results show the following: ( 1 ) generally speaking, among the dimensions involving the secondary vocational school teachers' positive mental quality, these secondary vocational school teachers achieve good scores on such dimensions as wisdom, courage, humanity, justice, temperance, and transcendence, with their transcendence and wisdom achieving the highest and the lowest scores, respectively; (2) among the 21 items of positive mental quality, these teachers achieve the highest scores on thanksgiving, social intelligence, and hones- ty, but the lowest scores on leadership, insight, interest and creativity; (3) they show a significant gender differ- ence in wisdom, eottrage, and justice in that the male teachers achieve higher scores than the female teachers; (4) they show a significant professional title-related difference in transcendence in that those with an intermediate professional title achieve significantly lower scores than those with a senior professional title; and (5) there is a significant difference in wisdom and humanity between these secondary vocational school teachers and the general education teachers acmes the country, because the former achieve significantly lower scores than the latter; specifically, the two groups of teachers show a difference in 10 items of positive mental quality.
