摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚多元醇(F-6)、NaHSO为主要原料,通过预聚、封端及乳化等阶3段合成封端型水性聚氨酯,并采用有机硅对其进行改性,用作棉织物的抗皱整理,使纯棉织物的急弹回复角由79.4°提高到152.0°,涤棉混纺织物的急弹回复角由220.2°提高到279.7°,并优化了整理工艺。
Using toluene diisocyanate,polyethylene glycol and sodium bisulfite as the basic raw materials,the waterborne blocked polyurethane was synthesized by prepolymer-blocking-emulsifying combined process. Then the blocked polyurethane was modified with organic silicon and the product was used as the anti-wrinkle finishing agent,which can raise the wrinkle recovery angle from 79.4° to 152.0° for cotton fabric,and from 220.2° to 279.7° for CVC fabric,and the finishing process was also optimized.
