摘要
百草枯是农业生产中广泛使用的一种除草剂,有较强的毒性,主要通过一系列的氧化还原反应产生多种自由基造成对机体严重的损害,尤其是对肺脏的损害最为严重。近年来,百草枯对细胞信号通路的影响及其对机体影响的研究已取得了较大进展。现就百草枯对丝裂素活化蛋白激酶信号通路、核因子κB信号通路、转化生长因子β/Smad通路等的影响及其与细胞周期和细胞凋亡的关系进行综述。
Paraquat is a kind of herbicides widely used in agricultural production,which possesses strong toxicity and injures the body through producing multiple free radicals by oxidation-reduction reaction,especially the lung.Recently,researches concerning effects of paraquat on cell signal pathway and body have made great progress.Here is to make a review on the latest researches concerning effects of paraquat on mitogen activating protein kinase,nuclear factor-κB,TGF-β/Smad pathway activation,and relationship of paraquat with cell cycle and apoptosis.
