摘要
为研究红车轴草提取物(RCE)对脂多糖(LPS)应激的断奶仔猪生长性能和炎性介质的影响,本试验选用30头健康、平均体重为(6.86±0.14)kg的(21±1)日龄(杜×长×大)断奶仔猪,按照随机区组设计设5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复1头仔猪.5个处理组仔猪分别饲喂基础日粮(非应激空白对照组)、基础日粮+LPS(LPS组)、基础日粮+LPS+0.05%RCE(0.05%RCE组)、基础日粮+LPS+0.10%RCE(0.10%RCE组)、基础日粮+LPS+0.20%RCE(0.20%RCE组).试验期21 d.在试验第7、14天,LPS组和0.05%、0.10%、0.20%RCE组仔猪每千克体重注射80μg LPS,空白对照组注射等量的生理盐水.结果表明:(1)试验第1-7天(即LPS应激前),与空白对照组、LPS组相比,0.10%RCE组仔猪的日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),而0.05%和0.20%RCE组的日增重和料重比与空白对照组、LPS组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);试验第7-21天(即注射LPS两次之后),与空白对照组相比,LPS组的日增重和日采食量显著降低(P<0.05),料重比显著提高(P<0.05),而0.05%、0.10%和0.20%RCE组的日增重和日采食量有所下降,但差异不显著(P>0.05).(2)在第7、14天注射LPS后,与空白对照组相比,LPS组仔猪血清中的IgG含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清中白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子TNF-α的含量均显著提高(P<0.05).与LPS组相比,0.05%RCE组的IgG、IL-6和TNF-α含量差异不显著(P>0.05);0.10%和0.20%RCE组的IgG含量均显著提高P<0.05),IL-6和TNF-α含量均显著降低(P<0.05);以添加0.10%RCE缓解仔猪应激效果最为明显,与LPS组相比,IgG含量提高38.65%(P<0.05),IL-6含量降低32.81%(P<0.05),TNF-α含量降低24.68%(P<0.05).可见,日粮中添加RCE可在一定程度上缓解LPS刺激导致的断奶仔猪生长性能和炎性细胞因子分泌的改变,以添加0.10%RCE效果最好.
To study the effects of red clover extract(REC) on growth performance and inflammatory parameters of weaned pigs with lipopolysaccharide(LPS) challenging.Thirty healthy Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred weaned piglets with body weight of(6.86±0.14) kg were randomly allocated to 5 groups.Every group included 6 replicates and 1 piglet in per replicate.The five treatments groups include: basic ration groups(no LPS control groups),basic ration groups+LPS control groups(LPS control groups),basic ration groups+LPS control groups+0.05% RCE groups(0.05% RCE groups),basic ration groups+LPS control groups+0.10% RCE groups(0.10% RCE groups),basic ration groups+LPS control groups+0.20% RCE groups(0.20% RCE groups).On the 21st day after weanling,experiment piglets in groups LPS,0.05% RCE,0.10% RCE and 0.20% RCE were injected intraperitoneally with 80 μg·kg-1 LPS every other day(on day 7,7 and 14 of experiment),whereas pigs in groups 1 were injected with an equivalent amount of sterile saline.The results showed:(1) Compared with the blank control groups and LPS groups,from day 1 to 7(before LPS challenge),the average daily gain of piglets in the 0.10% RCE groups increased significantly(P0.05) and average feed-gain ratio decreased significantly(P0.05).While there was no significant difference among 0.05% RCE groups,0.20% RCE groups and control groups on average daily gain of piglets and feed/gain ratio(P0.05).From day 7 to 21(with LPS challenge twice),the average daily gain of piglets and average daily feed intake in LPS groups decreased significantly(P0.05) and average feed-gain ratio increased significantly(P0.05) compared with the blank control groups.While the average daily gain of piglets and average daily feed intake in 0.05% REC groups,0.1% REC groups,0.20% RCE groups decreased,but not significantly(P0.05).(2) After injected intraperitoneally with LPS every other day(on day 7 and 14 of experiment),the serumal IgG level
