摘要
在研究分离式热管蒸发段流动特性的基础上 ,对其传热特性进行了系统的试验研究和理论分析。着重分析了核态沸腾传热区及飞溅降膜传热区的换热原理 ;根据试验数据回归整理了核态沸腾传热区和飞溅降膜传热区的换热系数无量纲准则关系式 ,与试验数据吻合较好 ;并将它们与其它关系式进行了比较 ,得出了有用的结论 。
Based on the investigation of flow characteristic in an evaporator of separated type heat pipe, a systematic experimental and theoretical study of its heat transfer characteristics have been undertaken. The analysis is focused on the heat transfer mechanism of the nucleate boiling and splash downwards flow liquid film regions and the empirical dimentionless correlations of heat transfer coefficient are obtained by the regression analysis. Both of them are well agreement with the experimental data. The very useful conclusions are drawn by comparison of these two correlatating equations with the heat transfer coefficient of pool boiling and the downwards flow liquid film region in integral thermosyphon evaporator. The results will provide theoretical basis for investigation and engineering application of separate type heat pipe.
