摘要
轧制压力是轧制过程中的重要参数之一,下压率、轧辊直径是影响轧制压力的重要因素。利用DEFORM-3D软件对409L不锈钢的轧制过程进行了有限元数值模拟。建立了下压率为10%、20%、30%,轧辊直径为300、350、400 mm的数值模型。分析了不同参数下轧制过程中的轧制压力变化,以及轧制过程中应力、应变分布。模拟结果表明,轧制压力、应力、应变随下压率和轧辊直径的变化而变化,并呈现一定的变化规律。
Rolling pressure is one of the rolling process important parameters, reduction rate and roller diameter are important factors in rolling process. Using the DFORM-3D soRware, hot rolling process of 409L stainless steel was simulated. The numerical models of reduction rate: 10%,20%,30% and roller diameter: 300, 350, 400mm were built. Changes of rolling pressure of the different parameters and the stress and strain distribution in the rolling process were analyzed. Results show that the rolling pressure, the stress and strain changes with reduction rate and roller diameter, which presents a certain law.
